1. Behind the Page (Grades 5–8) Narrative and Descriptive - Nonfiction
Students will learn to: > write from personal experiences and zoom in on meaningful moments>use mentor texts to strengthen storytelling>apply simple revision strategies
2. Small Brave Things: Courage in Writing and Life (Grades 5-8) Fiction
A hybrid of creative writing and dealing with challenges. Students will explore emotions through writing and create characters who face challenges. Students will also practice brain storming, and connect storytelling with courage. how ideas grow into full stories.
3. Story Sparks: From Idea to Page (Grades 5–8)
Students will learn to: generate ideas using prompts< structure stories with clear beginnings and endings< use dialogue and sensory details< share ideas in a supportive enviroment.
4. My Journey to Becoming an Author: Careers (Grades 7-9)
A personal story of persistence, setbacks, and success.
